And Then There Were Six



A few readers have asked me where I stood on the Jena 6 incident.
I refuse to blog about it as it is a deep sociological issue which I am far from being qualified to correctly analyze although it's clear to see that it is yet another creepy example of what happens when ignorance rules. The Jena 6 incident made me sad, mad, hell mad and worried.
It does also, sum up in a nutshell why I was in a rush to move back to Canada a few years ago.

I’m not wise enough to know how to fix that mess. I am, however certain that education is at the base of the solution.
